Clairvoyant Reading: Understanding What is Happening

Clairvoyant Reading

Prior to getting a clairvoyant reading, we often think of the ability to perceive objects and entities on planes of existence other than the physical. To Theosophists, the word may conjure images of thought forms, the human aura and elementals. All of these surround us at every moment, invisible to most—save for those who possess the ability to see them.

A Clairvoyant reading is based on increased sensitivity and awareness of potential channels for communication. On some level everyone possesses the ability for prophetic sight. Almost everyone has experienced an inner that warns them against a specific action. Often these clairvoyant abilities surface during or following times of heightened stress, such as serious illness or accident, extreme physical danger, or near death experiences

Clairvoyant readings are very similar to psychic readings in that the Clairvoyant can communicate with the spirit world and find out information about people, places and events. They use their sixth sense to discover information that will help you solve problems and get clarification on certain issues.

How does a Clairvoyant Reading work?

Much like Psychic Readings, a clairvoyant reading would tend to be held in the Clairvoyants house or work place. But the increase in communication technology means that they can perform Clairvoyant readings over the phone and over the internet from any distances. Using their Psychic abilities, the reader can make a reading without the use of cards or any other psychic tools.

Who would benefit from a Clairvoyant Reading?

The type of individual who will visit or call a Clairvoyant will usually have a problem or want clarification on an issue that is affecting them. Whether it is related to their career, relationships or home life, a Clairvoyant will be able to contact the spirit world with their sixth sense and provide some answers and clarification for you. It is up to you how you interpret this information and use it in your life. Most clairvoyants will encourage you to make the most of any situation and will have your best interests at heart. A clairvoyant reading can provide general information for you if you do not have any specific problems or questions.

There are basically four types of clairvoyance:

1. Psychological Clairvoyance – is also known as “psychic counseling”. This refers to our like or dislike of some people which are at times unexplainable. Psychological clairvoyance provides explanations to these feelings that we have towards other people.

2. Spatial Clairvoyance – this type is also known as clairvoyance in space and time. Actually, this type can also be exercised without using an object, but concentration upon it helps to keep the clairvoyant faculty working within those limits. As we say, the object can be omitted and many people can exercise this clairvoyant ability in time without practically having any blank idea of what they are doing. Some people even find that, although they are not aware of possessing any psychic power, yet, when they are touching old furniture or antiques, dim pictures and emotions arises in their mind and automatically they become nostalgic. This dim clairvoyant perception is far more common than is generally realized.

3. Astral Clairvoyance – is the perception of apparently living beings which have no physical body. It is believed that the Devas (the ‘shining ones’), the Lordly Ones of Celtic tradition, the Spirits of the elements, all live and have their being existing in the etheric and the astral realms. These entities may be seen as your clairvoyance starts to unfold. Their activities make an interesting field of study for the clairvoyant investigator. The field of clairvoyance requires great care in practicing for it is about making contacts with living beings of various kinds. Sadly not all of them are guaranteed to be friendly.

4. True Spiritual Clairvoyance – this type of clairvoyance suggests that our allegiance, virtue, sanity, and true spirituality can be found within the purview of our spiritual clairvoyance. In the end, all life, all consciousness, and all faculties come from the Divine with all the work manifesting under the immutable natural law.

The main disadvantages of clairvoyance include:

  • Most cannot easily “switch off” the images.
  • Most see auras around people – effectively invading their privacy, whether you want to or not.
  • It requires more energy to see from the third eye chakra. Few people can actually manifest true clairvoyance.
  • Images are sometimes unpleasant or disturbing to view.

A lot of people have been seeking explanations for some of the events in their lives that are difficult to understand. Caution is given to those who are seeking a psychic reading for there are many people who are fakes. As a safety precaution, the seeker is advised not to disclose any personal information but to ask directly about your concerns such as business, relationships, and finances. This will be your test topic to see if they are real or fake. Once the psychic is able to pick up the correct situation, then you might have possibly found yourself a genuine psychic.

Pentagram Meanings: Through History

Pentagram Meanings: Through History

The definition you get for Pentagram Meanings, like so many other things in the world depends on who you are asking. To this day and throughout history there have always been those who tried to place almost every evil connotation they could upon the symbol and yet a growing number of people we the pentagram meanings as being a message of hope that infers potent protection upon those who wear or use it. This article looks at some of the ways a Pentagram has been use over the years and hope to still the fears those that do not understand it tend to hold on to.

pentagram meanings image of a pentagramMost sources agree that the first use of a Pentagram was about 3500 BC. It was used as a symbol of power by the ancient Mesopotamians in the Sumerian city of Ur. It was found with examples of what is believed to be one of the earliest examples of writing known. As Mesopotamia continued to develop, it appears it was used mainly in Royal inscriptions as a sign of the power held by the Royals.

Since that time, the symbol has been used in many cultures, with many meanings.

  1. In Hebrew culture the pentagram meanings were ascribed the name Pentateuch and believed by many to be relating to the 5 books of the Torah/Old Testiment of the Christian Bible.
  2. Ancient Greeks called the symbol the Pentalpha and believed the symbol was comprised of 5 A’s. One of the better known Greeks, Pythagoras who lived from about 586-506BC, travels extensively during his life and is believed to have carried the Pentalpha with him in his travels since he believed it to be a symbol of perfection.
  3. The Pentagram also shows up in some Tantrik Art  from similar time periods and it is thought Pythagoras may have brought the symbol to the Hindu’s and Buddhist, especially since all 3 seem to view the star as a symbol of perfection.
  4. During about the 4th century BC, members of the Coptic Gnostic Christian Church, also worshiped the Goddess Kore during this early time as Christianity was gaining in popularity, which is probably how the Pentagram came to be associated with Kore. It was during this time period that the symbol came to be associated with the Crescent Moon and represented the mysterious forces of magic and the mysteries in the night time sky.
  5. Ancient Celts viewed the Pentagram as a continuance of the Fives seen in so much of their history. Ireland had Five great roads, five provinces, five paths of the law. This is also shown in many old Irish Tales, with the five salmon that ate the nuts, with the husks floating down the five streams, the fairies counted by 5 and their cloaks had 5 folds. It was sacred to the Goddess Morrigan.
  6. The Egyptians saw it as a symbol of the “underground womb”.
  7. In Early Christian symbolism it was considered to refer to the five wounds of Christ after which it’s use became less mainstream in Christian symbolism up until medieval times.
  8. On the seal of Emperor Constantine I, the pentagram and the chi-rho (a symbolic form of the cross) was used as well as on his amulet. It was considered a symbol of truth.
  9. In original church records regarding the birth of Christ, which was to bring “truth” to the Gentiles, the star was seen as a pentagram. At some time later, the circle was dropped and became a simple 5 pointed star.
  10. In Medieval times, the pentagram was known as the “Endless Knot” again as a symbol of Truth but also as protection from demons. It was hung or drawn on windows and doors to guard the people inside against demons.
  11. The legend of Sir Gawain showed a pentagram of gold upon Sir Gawains shield. It is said he considered the symbol to be the 5 knightly virtues of generosity, courtesy, chastity, chivalry and piety.
  12. The order of the Knights Templar founded in Rennes du Chatres France was positioned where it was built to take advantage of a natural pentagon formed by the mountains around it. Other alignments of walls and various other architecture included the pentagram in their design.

Up until the time of the Inquisition, the Pentagram was seen as a positive sign in every culture it was known in. More often than not, it stood for the best of what mankind could strive for and was never seen as a sign of anything evil or negative. All of that change during the Inquisition however.

For those not familiar with the Inquisition, the Church became convinced that every bad think that happened was caused by the devil and began and attempt to wipe out all demonic forces in the world. Their chosen was to determine who had made a pact with the devil involved many forms of torture that would be unending until the person admitted their pact with the devil. Once they admitted their pact, they were put to death for being in the pact.

Thing about the position these people were put in. If they refused to admit a pact with the devil, they would be tortured until they died. If they did admit it, they were killed, and it was not an easy way to die in most cases. Many were burned alive. Others were hanged. But even the ones that did not admit to being in a pact did not get off easy. One of the many ways they would “test” to see if someone was a witch was to tie them to a chair and hold them underwater. If they died in the chair, they were considered to have been pure human. If they lived, they were considered to be a witch, but of course the only way to be sure was to hold them under water yet again.

Sadly, all it took to be accused of being a witch was for someone to make a claim against you. This lead to literally millions of people being killed who had done nothing but try to help others their whole lives.

It was during this time that the first evil connotations of the pentagram came into use. The church considered it to be a goat’s head or the devil. The Knights Templar was accused of worshiping Baphomet who was depicted as a goat’s head over the star with 2 points up. This caused the disbanding of the Knights Templar and they went into hiding rather than give up their ancient ways.

While the church watched, yet without them knowing what they were seeing, craftsmen and scholars who remained tied to the old ways, placed within the architecture, symbols of their beliefs.

I shall leave this article here as from this point forward, we come into the more modern times, where much is known about how the pentagram is seen as a sign of evil by those in the christian faith and as a sign of truth and protection to those within the pagan faiths.

To those that seek only knowledge, without the cloak of political correctness or the twisted tales of re-written history I urge you to do your homework. Do not simply take my word on the original pentagram meanings. Search within the ancient texts that are thankfully being made available for all to see and find the truth as written by those that came long before the church decide to try to turn the pentagram into a sign of evil.
